A modern-day fitness center that stretches the fun
We'll be the first to ask about your most indulgent and favorite Philly foodie finds (after all, we're not that far from Reading Terminal, the bustling HQ of all things delicious). But we'll be here to (gently) encourage you to bust a move, too, since we offer a fitness center and exercise programming that we declare pretty sweet. Head to our on-site gym to practice yoga or balance exercises, rigorous strength training, quick cardio breaks on bikes, treadmills or elliptical machines—or even let loose with a little heart-healthy hula hooping. If you're more motivated working out with others, though, join forces during offerings like our Monday evening yoga class, Mind, Body & Spirits taught by Three Queens Yoga.
