- From 30th Street Station ride SEPTA Regional Rail train to Market East Station
- When exiting the station walk East on Market Street until you reach 5th street. Make a right onto 5th Street and a left on Chestnut St. Entrance is on the left.

- Take the ramp to I-95 North
- Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-95 N
- Merge onto I-95 N
- Take exit 20 towards Washington Ave
- Continue straight
- Make a left onto S. Columbus Blvd
- Turn left onto Christian St
- Turn right onto S. 5th St
- After 8/10s of a mile, turn right onto Chestnut Street
- We are on the left side of the street
From Philadelphia Airport Option 2:
- Take I-95 North
- Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 West(Exit 22)
- Merge onto I-676 West
- Take the 6th Street South/Independence Hall exit
- Make a left onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left
- Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4
- Take Route 73 North to Route 90 (Betsy Ross Bridge)
- Take the Betsy Ross Bridge into Philadelphia
- Follow signs for I-95 South (Center City)
- Take I-95 South
- Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
- Exit onto I-676/U.S. 30E/North 6th Street
- Stay on 6th Street
- Make a left on Chestnut Street and we are a block away on the left
- Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4
- Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West to US-30
- Take US-30 West over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I-676
- Follow signs for 5th Street exit on the right side
- Make a sharp right onto North New Street
- Turn right onto 4th Street
- Turn right onto Walnut Street
- Turn right onto South 5th Street
- Turn right onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left
- Take I-95 South
- Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
- Exit onto I-676/U.S. 30E/North 6th Street
- Stay on 6th Street
- Make a left on Chestnut Street and we are a block away on the left

- Take I-95 North
- Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
- Merge onto I-676
- Take the 6th Street South/Independence Hall exit
- Make a left onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left
- Take Atlantic City Expressway West to Route 42 North
- Follow Route 42 North to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (1-676), cross into Philadelphia
- Follow signs for 5th Street exit on the right side
- Make a sharp right onto North New Street
- Turn right onto 4th Street
- Turn right onto Walnut Street
- Turn right onto South 5th Street
- Turn right onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left
- Take I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) to Valley Forge (Exit 326)
- Follow signs to Philadelphia via I-76 East
- Remain on I-76 East for about 25 miles until you see signs for Central Philadelphia
- Take I-676 East (Exit 344)
- Continue on I-676 East to the 6th Steet/Ben Franklin Bridge exit
- Use right lane on exit ramp and make a right onto 6th street
- Make a left onto Chestnut Street
