By Public Transportation

  • Take Amtrak, NJ Transit or SEPTA to 30th Street Station
  • From 30th Street Station ride SEPTA Regional Rail train to Market East Station
  • When exiting the station walk East on Market Street until you reach 5th street. Make a right onto 5th Street and a left on Chestnut St. Entrance is on the left.

From Philadelphia Airport Option 1:

  • Take the ramp to I-95 North
  • Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-95 N
  • Merge onto I-95 N
  • Take exit 20 towards Washington Ave
  • Continue straight
  • Make a left onto S. Columbus Blvd
  • Turn left onto Christian St
  • Turn right onto S. 5th St
  • After 8/10s of a mile, turn right onto Chestnut Street
  • We are on the left side of the street

From Philadelphia Airport Option 2:

  • Take I-95 North
  • Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 West(Exit 22)
  • Merge onto I-676 West
  • Take the 6th Street South/Independence Hall exit
  • Make a left onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left

From the North:

    NJ Turnpike via Betsy Ross Bridge:

    • Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4
    • Take Route 73 North to Route 90 (Betsy Ross Bridge)
    • Take the Betsy Ross Bridge into Philadelphia
    • Follow signs for I-95 South (Center City)
    • Take I-95 South
    • Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
    • Exit onto I-676/U.S. 30E/North 6th Street
    • Stay on 6th Street
    • Make a left on Chestnut Street and we are a block away on the left

    NJ Turnpike via Benjamin Franklin Bridge:

    • Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4
    • Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West to US-30
    • Take US-30 West over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I-676
    • Follow signs for 5th Street exit on the right side
    • Make a sharp right onto North New Street
    • Turn right onto 4th Street
    • Turn right onto Walnut Street
    • Turn right onto South 5th Street
    • Turn right onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left

    Via I-95:

    • Take I-95 South
    • Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
    • Exit onto I-676/U.S. 30E/North 6th Street
    • Stay on 6th Street
    • Make a left on Chestnut Street and we are a block away on the left

From points South:

  • Take I-95 North
  • Follow the signs for Central Phila./I-676 (Exit 22)
  • Merge onto I-676
  • Take the 6th Street South/Independence Hall exit
  • Make a left onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left

From the East:

  • Take Atlantic City Expressway West to Route 42 North
  • Follow Route 42 North to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (1-676), cross into Philadelphia
  • Follow signs for 5th Street exit on the right side
  • Make a sharp right onto North New Street
  • Turn right onto 4th Street
  • Turn right onto Walnut Street
  • Turn right onto South 5th Street
  • Turn right onto Chestnut Street and we are on the left

From the West:

  • Take I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) to Valley Forge (Exit 326)
  • Follow signs to Philadelphia via I-76 East
  • Remain on I-76 East for about 25 miles until you see signs for Central Philadelphia
  • Take I-676 East (Exit 344)
  • Continue on I-676 East to the 6th Steet/Ben Franklin Bridge exit
  • Use right lane on exit ramp and make a right onto 6th street
  • Make a left onto Chestnut Street
  • We are three blocks down Chestnut Street on the left
