Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Pennsylvania. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Signature Kimpton Programs

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available at the Restaurant Red Owl Tavern from 8:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended. The closest self-parking option is Washington Square Garage. Their parking fees begin at $26 per night. Please see the Front Desk for a voucher providing In & Out privileges, directions and payment options.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 267-375-9833 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Bottled water is available in your guest room or you can stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega including Beer, Wine and Spirits.

Dining Services:

  • Grab and Go items are available for purchase daily from Red Owl Tavern. Place an order ahead of time or stop by the restaurant to order with a host. Complimentary coffee is also available.

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for all day dining from 12pm-9pm only. Currently Breakfast is not available for delivery of In-Room-Dining.
