Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Pennsylvania. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available in the hotel's living room from 7:00a.m. - 10:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • In-room spa services are available. Please speak to our guest services team at the front desk to book an appointment.

Parking Services:

  • Overnight valet parking is available for $55 per night. Daytime valet parking is available for $35 per day. Valet parking includes in/out privileges.
  • The closest self-parking option is Washington Square Garage. Their parking fees begin at $26 per night.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 267-375-9833 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Bottled water is available in your guest room or you can stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega including Beer, Wine and Spirits.

Dining Services:

  • Red Owl Tavern is open:
    • Breakfast: Mon, Thu & Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
    • Lunch: Mon, Thu & Fri, 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    • Dinner: Mon, 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Thu-Sat, 4:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
    • Brunch: Sat, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Sun, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Stratus Rooftop Lounge is currently closed to the public.

In-Room Dining:

  • Limited availability through the QR code in your guest room

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? Ice machines are available on floors 4, 6, and 8 across from the 04 room.
